Framework of the conference program
We will soon start preparing the conference program. Until receiving further details, here are some useful info that most of the participant need, before making necessary arrangements. Please note that times at this point are indicative and may change by an hour, to provide an integrated scientific impact and allow conference participants to enjoy the city.
We are planning to have a conference starting on Wednesday, around 09:00 and ending close to 15:00 on Friday at noon. Currently, we are planning to start Wednesday and Thursday with the keynote speeches, while on Friday the conference will go straight to parallel sessions.
The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday, most probably in a nice restaurant in the city centre. As you already know, to support our effort to keep registration fees exceptionally low, participation in the Gala dinner is optional. Details regarding the restaurant and the small additional fee to participate in the dinner will be announced later.
There will be three parallel sessions of 4-6 presentations, with coffee or lunch breaks between them.
