Upon successful completion of the bank transfer, please send the bank transfer receipt to info@sbe-thessaloniki.gr. It is needed in order to issue the receipt or the invoice.
In case you request an invoice, please also provide all necessary information (organization. address, VAT id and any other information you would like to be included, according to the attached file). Please do not forget to inform us, if you would like to receive the invoice by email (scanned), by regular mail, or you intent to receive it during the conference.

It is essential to mention that the proposed dates to hold the conference
in Thessaloniki follow the high summer season in Greece and so
the prices for travel and hotels are not too high.
Green conference
The organizers of SBE23-Thessaloniki intend to minimize the environmental impact of the conference itself by minimizing the volume of the material produced and distributed. All necessary material like gadgets, conference bags and leaflets will be produced with recycled materials and proceedings will be distributed in electronic format.
Coffee breaks and lunch breaks shall be aimed at reducing water and food waste.
Special recycling material baskets will be available throughout the conference area to collect reusable waste.
